Serious allegations against DJ AVAION
German DJ and producer AVAION is facing serious allegations from a former partner. In a video lasting more than an hour, she accuses the musician of abuse, sexual violence, manipulation and controlling behaviour during their relationship. AVAION has since responded in his own video statement, rejecting the central allegations.
The case has triggered major discussion within the electronic music scene. The allegations first became public after AVAION’S ex-girlfriend shared a detailed video online. In it, she describes what she says was a deeply distressing relationship and raises serious accusations against the artist.
According to media reports, she also presented material including chat messages, recordings and a sworn statement. Following the publication of the allegations, AVAION’s European tour was cancelled. Several planned festival appearances were also removed from line-ups.
AVAION later addressed the situation in a video statement of his own. In the statement, he denies the central accusations and says he intends to take legal action. He describes the relationship as toxic and also raises allegations against his former partner. At the same time, he acknowledges that he made mistakes during the relationship and crossed boundaries.
His former partner has since responded again on social media, disputing several parts of AVAION’s statement and announcing that she plans to publish a more detailed response. The allegations and counterclaims have not yet been legally resolved.
